With a competitive basic salary for graduates resulting in a realistic £48k 1st year OTE, £63k 2nd year OTE, £100k+ 3rd year OTE it is clear to see that our client not only gives graduates the opportunity to grow and flourish within their own company, but that they advocate promotion from within. The role entails working with a supportive team of experienced sales consultants and with tailored training to help you hit the ground running gives you every chance to succeed as a consultant. With responsibility from day one managing the process of sourcing your own clients, you're in charge of the whole sales cycle. Business development is a big part of the role and bringing new clients to the business is a large and rewarding part of the sales role which you will be able to develop as you learn. The role is incredibly diverse and the variation within the day-to-day role makes it an exciting opportunity to develop and progress within the company.
