Accounts Payable Manager - Sussex - Finance Temp Jobs
Seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead a fantastic team.
The team is responsible for undertaking various finance operational tasks on a daily basis. They are responsible for ensuring an effective, accurate and responsive service for the business.
The role sits within the Accounts Payable function - responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, controlled and timely maintenance of the AP Systems.
It would be expected that you would manage all the individuals within the relevant team and ensure all relevant day to day tasks are completed within SLA's to ensure a high level of service is provided to customers.
You would be expected to take a broad perspective to problems, proactively review analyse and evaluate current processes and make improvements to the working structure of the team and processes.
Under the general direction of senior management, you will take on project related issues that impact finance, managing stakeholders and implementing solutions within corporate and departmental standards.
- Experience leading an Accounts Payable team (Either as a manager, team leader or supervisor)
- Knowledge of an Accounts Payable function with the ability to be hands on (take over processing duties if required).
Desirable (but not necessary):
- Part qualified within Accountancy/Finance or AAT certificates completed.
This role is a temporary position for 6 months, with the potential to be extended.
