Are you an experienced Cyclical Surveyor?

Do you have well-developed technical building knowledge and a good understanding of building regulations and statutory frameworks within which RSL’s operate?

Do you have a full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle?

A2Dominion is a residential property group with 36,000 homes across London and the South East, and thousands more in the development pipeline.

The Group offers high-quality sustainable homes for sale and shared ownership, available through its FABRICA by A2Dominion brand.

It also provides affordable, private and social rented homes, student, key worker and temporary accommodation, as well as supported and sheltered housing.

As such, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Cyclical Surveyor to join our award winning company.

You will be responsible for undertaking desktop surveys and to record and capture information on the Groups building stock, especially external, communal and estate related components.

You will produce analysis and recommendations for tender lists from information gathered.

Effectively monitor key performance indicators and undertake regular reviews with contractors for the purposes of continual improvement.

Undertake consultations with tenants, customers and staff in order that projects can be designed to incorporate their views and effectively plan and manage projects.

You will be a strong team player and play an active role within the team by supporting and monitoring team members.

If you think you fit the job brief and this is the role for you then we look forward to your application.

Closing Date: Midnight 25th June 2017

The Group is committed to equality of opportunity. We guarantee an interview to anyone with a disability whose application meets the minimum criteria for the post.
