Business Development Manager / Field Sales Manager

Kent, Essex and Greater London

£36,000 - £40,000 plus Uncapped Bonus, Car, 25 day's hols, laptop etc

My client are seeking to recruit an Aftermarket Auto-Parts Sales Person, to develop business in our Yorkshire / North-East sales region. The Business Development Manager's role is a Full Time and Permanent position, working in our Aftermarket Sales team to deliver a great level of sales, service and product to our customers.

You will be responsible for managing and developing existing business with various aftermarket customers. To achieve this you must demonstrate a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn about new product ranges. Living in the sales region and working remotely, you will need to use your skills to influence and liaise with both internal departments as well as various external stakeholders. You will be able to demonstrate strong ethical practices to enable you to create professional respect, efficiency, a positive attitude to create and enhance long term relationships.

Ideally you will have auto- parts industry experience, however this is not essential. You will possess both the Drive to further increase existing customers' sales.

Experience Required:

* Sales (face to face)

* Driving licence, ability to travel with some overnight stays

* A genuinely friendly individual who wants to get to know the customer better and work in a team environment

* Customer focussed, to ensure that each sales interaction is made consistently well with a positive impact

Desirable Experienced:

* Use of a various Microsoft Office skills (such as Excel, Word and Outlook) and CRM
* Ideally educated to College standard, with GCSE passes in English or Maths (although this is not a necessity)
* Time Management and Organisational skills
