Our client, a growing recruitment business based near London Bridge are looking for an experienced Finance professional to join their business.
They are an international business, working with clients across Europe, the US and Middle East. They require someone to join their business as they go through a period of growth in terms of contractor numbers.
- Processing various aspects of payroll - Temp - Umbrella & Ltd Company Payrolls
- Input hours in line with authorised timesheets, systems and logs and ensure correct timesheets are matched to invoices
- Assisting with the Operational running to the business
- Improve processes with CRM and financial systems
- Manage and build relationships with clients
- Send out any requested payslips by the end of the week
- Updating candidates information on the system
- Reconciliation and submission of payroll information
- Manage weekly new starters and leavers ensuring that all starter, leaver and variations are updated in time
- Ensure New Starter forms, required ID docs and completed contracts are correctly completed and processed effectively
