The Diocese of Bristol Academies Trust (DBAT) is seeking to employ a Finance and Administration Assistant to provide support to the business and finance teams. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the team and be part of a growing and dynamic Multi-Academy Trust. The Diocese stretches from Bristol in the west, through Wiltshire to Swindon in the east. DBAT is a growing Trust, currently comprising 10 academies, around 1,900 pupils and 360 staff.

The purpose of this role is to process financial information and transactions, support Trust business teams, act as first point of contact for financial queries, act as a "superuser" on finance software and administer the Trust’s developmental projects.

We seek an individual who has experience working as part of a team in a busy office environment and working knowledge of finance systems and controls. The role requires both the ability to prioritise a varied workload and communicate effectively.

Full-time role, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

This role will be based at our Bristol head office; occasional travel to schools across the diocese may be required.
