Entry Criteria

2:2 of above degree in Early Years Education or a similar subject
GCSE’s A-C in English, Maths and Science
Some Teaching Assistant or Youth Work Experience would be desired but not essential!

This Trainee Teacher position will see you embark on the 2-year Premier Pathways Teacher Training program, run in conjunction with the fantastic University of Buckingham! Move across the Early Years phase firstly as a Teaching Assistant, just until you get your feet under the table, and then move towards a part-time teaching timetable in accordance with your training and confidence! The program is designed to be flexible, and will see you working with excellent Teachers, learning from excellent Leaders, and generally becoming a key part of the Early Years offering here as you progress your training and skill-set! In Year 2, work towards a full PGCE with QTS, and gain fantastic experience along the way too! Sound good…
