£55,485 per annum for 36 hours per week based at Fairmount House, Bull Hill, Leatherhead, KT22 7AH.
The post is offered as a 6 month secondment and is a development opportunity which could lead to a permanent appointment.

About the Role
We are seeking a committed and talented individual to act as Senior Specialist Advisor (Continuing Care). This is a county-wide, senior management post that requires operational and strategic management skills as well as a sound partnership approach.
You will need to demonstrate an approach that is consistent with the Surrey Behaviour Framework and evidence leadership ability. The post holder will be the professional lead for the service on operational and policy issues relating to Continuing Care in general and NHS continuing Healthcare in particular.
