A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Co-ordinator to join a small independent team of sales and lettings property professionals in a village outside of Ashford.

We are seeking an conscientious individual, preferabley with experienced in the property industry, to work in the Property Management Department, The ideal candidate should be:

*Well organised with a professional approach and appearance
*Proactive
*Have great communication skills, both written and verbal and demonstrate empathy to both tenants and Landlords
*IT literate
*Good customer service background with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
*The ability to work well as part of a team
*Able to handle and resolve difficult and sensitive issues and strong relationship building and problem solving skills
*Have a passion to go the extra mile to make a difference
*Have a clean driving license and own car and be prepared to travel
*ARLA qualifications would preferred or a willingness to study towards them

As expected of such a role the successful candidate will be required to fulfil responsibilities which are not necessarily limited to the following:

*Assisting in the day to day management of properties including dealing with check in queries, Landlord and tenant enquiries, deposit returns.
*Acting as the primary point of contact for Tenants and Landlords
*Coordinate and carry out property inspections periodically reporting to the Landlord, and arrange remedial works and follow up visits if required
*Liaising with Landlord and tenants regarding general queries
*Identifying and verifying maintenance issues
*Arranging daily reported repairs and instructing contractors
*Preparing monthly reports for corporate clients.
*Obtaining quotations and liaising and managing contractors and reporting back to the Landlords
*Ensuring that utilities and Council Tax are dealt with quickly and effectively
*Data Management
*Health and Safety
*Arranging gas safety checks, electrics and ensuring compliance of all legislation
*General office administration
