Agenda is delighted to be working with an exciting start up pre-launch company based in Central London across their Graphic Designer vacancy. This is a brand new role and will really allow you to make a mark within the business at a pivotal time. This FinTech organisation are due to launch their top secret, innovative offering this summer!

THE ROLE: Graphic Designer

  • The role will be integrated between both print and web design
  • Delivering design and retouching all online and offline content
  • Designing all online and offline creative from web design, social media and digital marketing needs to brochures, magazine and marketing collateral
  • Collaborating with the CMO, Content Team and PR Team across projects
  • Collaborating with the tech team to facilitate design integration for online media
  • You will become a key contributor in the strategic development of innovative digital projects and campaigns
  • Maintaining constant open and clear communication regarding progress reporting for every stage of the design and artwork
  • Conducting continual analysis of competitor activity both onsite and across digital marketing channels as well as the key market trends
  • Managing your time effectively and ensure you deliver to deadlines, prioritising tasks effectively


  • 3-4 years experience minimum in a luxury industry
  • Experienced in working for both small and large clients
  • Sound understanding of cross browser and email compatibility, accessibility and usability design for the web
  • Capable of managing the entire design process from initiation to completion
  • You will be driven entirely by creative process
  • Able to prioritise, report and manage deadlines
  • Able to work well under pressure and multi-task
  • Capable of offering creative direction
  • Keen eye for attention to detail
  • Videography experience
  • Knowledge of HTML/HTML5/CSS
  • Sound knowledge of the Adobe Suite, namely InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

  • Book layout will be desirable


  • Responsive, desktop/tablet/mobile landing pages, email campaigns, social banners, web magazines and display
  • Offline collateral including magazine layout, books, brochures, marketing collateral and presentations
  • Iconography and infographics that can be used across all mediums
  • Creation of image libraries and usage for both online/offline usage
