We have an exciting opportunity for part time waking night support workers to join the team's at our supported living services in and around Southampton, supporting adults with learning disabilities.

Please note - our waking night support workers must remain awake and vigilant throughout their shift, even during breaks.

About Us
We are a leading provider of care and support for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs, including autistic spectrum conditions, mental health needs, challenging behaviour, profound and multiple learning disabilities and epilepsy.

The people we support live in homely, family-like residences and are often very active in their local community.

Please note, we are not an agency. We manage our own services and you will have full access to our benefits, training and career progression.

About you
Experience in support work is a bonus, but is not essential, as full training is given. We just ask that you share our passion for ensuring that every moment counts in the lives of the people we support.

You will need to be happy to work shifts - including weekends and bank holidays, and also undertake personal care.
