Are you looking for a job where you can really make a difference?

We have an exciting opportunity for support workers to join the team at this new supported living service soon to open in Dulwich, supporting adults with learning disabilities.

You will be providing support for day-to-day living - social activities, sports and hobbies, holidays etc along with support with general household duties such as cooking and cleaning.

About Us
We are a leading provider of care and support for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs, including autistic spectrum conditions, mental health needs, challenging behaviour, profound and multiple learning disabilities and epilepsy.

The people we support live in homely, family-like residences and are often very active in their local community.

Please note, we are not an agency. We manage our own services and you will have full access to our benefits, training and career progression.

About you
Experience in support work is a bonus, but is not essential, as full training is given. We just ask that you share our passion for ensuring that every moment counts in the lives of the people we support.

You will need to be happy to work shifts - including weekends and bank holidays, and also undertake personal care.

Why work for CMG?
In addition to your salary, our benefits package includes:
- a pension scheme
- paid annual leave (28 days including bank holidays)
- childcare vouchers
- reward/recognition schemes
- a generous staff discount scheme
- financial support to attain your Diploma in Health & Social care.

We also have excellent opportunities for career progression.

Some care providers expect you to travel between your clients and only pay you for the time you are actually working. At CMG, you will work at one service, allowing consistency for both you and the people we support, and you will be paid for your full shift (full time staff work 5 x 7.5 shifts in a week.) Occasionally you may be asked to work a shift at a nearby service if a staffing need arises.

CMG is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all of the people we support, both adults and children, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
