Marketing Coordinator
Salary: £15,000 (Part time, 9 month FTC)

A successful manufacturing and engineering business which is part of a larger group is seeking a self-motivated Part Time Marketing Coordinator (approx 24 hours per week) to join their established marketing function for nine months to cover maternity leave. You will be responsible for assisting with both online and offline marketing activity along with providing support where required to the rest of the team.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

•Support the implementation of marketing plans and general marketing activities
•Production of support materials – coordinating production of corporate and product support materials including brochures, labelling, POS materials, presentations, exhibition materials and videos
•In-house design or on occasions working with external suppliers for sub-contract design and/or following design templates provided by outside suppliers;
•On-going maintenance and development of company websites
•Assist the organisation with UK and overseas events
•Support trade events, working with internal and external parties to coordinate stand design, support materials and logistics
•Co-ordinate E-marketing campaigns

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

•Previous experience within a similar role
•Good knowledge of Creative Suite, including In-Design, Illustrator and Microsoft Office
•Experience with Photoshop
•A good understanding of web design and email marketing
