My Newcastle based client is looking for a temporary procurement Administrator for a minimum of 3 months for the right candidate.

Suitable candidates should be analytic able to use own initiative and a team player for this busy demanding role.

Duties

Procurement Card Administration

Receive, check and scan new requests and send to bank
Update internal records and bank for any amendments
Issue cards/replacements
Receive monthly report update with internal reference numbers ready for upload into Oracle
Update charge codes as required
Procurement card review and update

General telephone calls

Guide staff to relevant link or procurement page
Provide guidance as required
Assist suppliers with general enquiries

Invoice task Box

Send out invoices to relevant staff for approval - receipt on electronic e-procurement as required.

Purchase Orders

Raise Purchase orders as required
Take delivery - save delivery notes against orders
Raise new financial year orders

E Procurement housekeeping

Transferring of orders
Delivery addresses
Update of accounts including question's clarifications
Training system, set up users and communications around training sessions

Assist with Procurement Projects

Update all the documents on procurement web with new logos

Meetings

Take minutes
Arrange meetings as and when required
Assist with refreshments and other set up of rooms
Supplier exhibition administration
