Senior Quantity Surveyor

I am seeking a lead Senior Quantity Surveyor to run a £25mil high end residential scheme in Central London within a highly affluent area. The contractor in question are a specialist in the cut and carve refurbishment market and can be classed as top of their field in terms of what they do. In terms of sectors they focus on the commercial office and high end residential market with most of their work being negotiated, with a high percentage of report business.

* Lead commercial role on a project
* Reporting into a Commercial Manager
* Key contact for the client and PQS
* Overseeing financial KPIs


* Ideally a track record of running projects in excess of £10mil
* Main contracting background, ideally with a mix of refurbishment and new build experience
* High end residential experience would be ideal
* Degree qualified (ideally construction related)
* Stable, progressive CV
* Project experience focused on the London region
