Telesales Executive / Customer Relations Consultant

We seek an experienced Telesales Executive / Customer Relations Consultant to join our clients prestigious Aesthetic Clinic Practice based in Northwood, Middlesex.

Overview of the role
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic CRM Sales Executive to focus on improving our client’s customer experience, as well as owning a CRM strategy across the database. You will be responsible for business development and will successfully generate repeat bookings from an already well established portfolio of clients.We are looking for someone who is mature, professional, and most importantly, empathetic. You will excel at customer service and be an excellent communicator who takes the time to listen to and understand a patient’s feelings and enquiry.

As you will work to targets for converting enquiries into bookings, you will need to have commercial awareness and be driven to meet sales targets, but you must be able to balance this with tact and diplomacy. You must also be focused on patient retention and satisfaction.

Telesales Executive / Customer Relations Consultant Responsibilities:
* The daily running and management of all patient touch points, including inbound and outbound telephony, emails and social media channels with effective use of resources.
* Meeting and possibly setting patient service targets as well as planning areas of improvement or development.
* Keeping in touch with potential and existing patients on a daily basis, scheduling appointments, sending reminders, following up after initial consultations as well as ensuring that all patients receive the aftercare and support they need.
* Ensure that enquiries are answered within agreed time scales and in an appropriate manner.
* You will manage the CRM on day-to-day basis, ensuring that records are accurate and up to date at all times and the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities. You will be performing surveys and analyses as well as generate reports on regular basis, assisting the marketing team.
* You will be implementing and overseeing direct communications with patients through the CRM, working closely with the marketing department to maximise patient lifetime value and ensuring maximum profitability.
* Assist company Directors in patient-related administrative duties. You will ensure that all communications are carried out in line with the clinic’s protocols, and regulatory guidelines.

* Conversion rate achievement for new enquiries (lead to patient)* Retention rate achievement for existing patients
* New campaigns conversion rate (via CRM system)
* Ensuring the highest level of implementation of the CRM and business Systems by all staff members

Telesales Executive / Customer Relations Consultant
Skills and attributes required:
* Previous telesales or call centre experience – essential
* Experience of working towards and hitting sales targets
* Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of empathy
* Experience delighting customers and exceeding expectations on every interaction* Excellent organisational and analytical skills
* Excellent administrative skills and knowledge of MS Office
* Proven CRM management knowledge and experience
* Able to organise work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.

Employment terms
Base: Northwood, Middlesex
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 per annum + bonus (OTE £29K)
Hours: Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week, 9am until 5:30pm (flexible on hours)
Holiday: 20 days plus 8 bank holidays (based on a 5 day working week) As the clinics may open on bank holidays employees may be required to work and will receive an alternative day off in lieu of the bank holiday.
