With over 10,000 products, they offer solutions for cutting tools, power tools, accessories for PPE & many other products to serve the construction and engineering industries. Loyalty and longevity are what they seek, with a low staff turnover, they're now expanding with this Technical Sales Executive role. The Role
A unique position for an experienced Sales Engineer to come on board to support closing deals where a more technical bias is required. You will attend visits with Field Sales individuals to assist them in introducing my client's more technical products such as cutting tools and You will target key clients who have a bigger potential for spending but are currently using their competitors. Offering solutions to these clients, you will assist by offering clients solutions based on your engineering background - cutting tools, saws, blades etc for their CNC Machines. Your focus will be to build and expand the more technical products sales profit margin for the regions named above. You will coach and assist the Field Sales team too, attending visits with them, training and development. Allowing them to make notes whilst on site to cross-sell new products.
The Candidate
This is a unique role for a self-motivated Sales Engineer with a desire to further their career within this niche market. You will be from an engineering background - a background within a CNC engineering niche is a must for this role. An individual who worked as a CNC machinist or CNC Setter/Operator and later moved into sales would be best suited as this is a supporting role for the external Sales individuals. Someone who has the drive and passion for succeeding and has a passion for delivering world class services based upon solutions who wants a career.
