A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Executive based in Ipswich. The Successful candidate will be self-motivated and enthusiastic as the role can be extremely demanding at times and you will need to be persistent.

Job Details:

Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.

Answering questions about products or the company.

Complete B2B calls to deliver highly successful telemarketing and integrated business development campaigns.

Get to grips with different industry sectors to enable high quality appointments be booked for your clients to visit prospects and close business.

Answering questions about the products, campaigns and company’s you are working with.

Enter and update customer information on the company’s in-house CRM system

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

To be able to hit weekly and monthly targets

Retaining and developing robust customer relationships

Researching and recognising opportunities to build new business

Experience and skills required:

Previous sales and business development experience would be an advantage but not a necessity for the right person

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

Reliable, hardworking and not afraid to pick up the phone.

Ability to work under your own initiative and multitask

Confident and capable communicator with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude

Self-motivated and enthusiastic in approach with the ability to quickly build rapport
