Regional Sales Manager - South Coast - Construction/Building Materials - £30K+OTE

A leading UK flooring manufacturer is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the South Coast of England selling on a B2B basis to end users and conducting specification sales.

This role will suit a candidate who lives in:

The Role
The Regional Sales Manager for the South Coast of England will generate sales from existing accounts, strengthen client relationships and establish new sales and clients through strong customer service and account management.
The Regional Sales Manager for the South Coast will be responsible for selling building and construction products - namely flooring on a B2B basis.
Sales to end users, architectural clients, and distributors
To identify, qualify and build solid, high-level relationships with new and existing business prospects in order to promote and sell the company's portfolio of flooring products and services.
Actively and professionally manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and lead management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating, closing and handing over new accounts to the sales admin team
Business Development
Negotiation of terms of business
Meeting clients both customers and prospective customers.
To effectively meet (and exceed) sales targets as set by the Managing Director
To ensure that all sales opportunities are fully captured and fully explored
To build, manage and maintain a substantial pipeline and to ensure that all pipeline activity is accurately documented and kept up-to-date in the CRM system

The Package
Up to £30,000 basic - depending on experience
OTE Commission Package

The Candidate
Must live along the South Coast of England - Southampton, Portsmouth, Fareham, Basingstoke, Chichester, Bournemouth.
Must be experienced in external sales/field sales is essential
Business development and account management experience is essential
Happy to travel across the South Coast of England
Experience of selling flooring/building /construction materials is essential on a B2B basis
Must have a valid in date UK driving licence
