This multi award winning, 5 Star Deluxe Hotel is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join its stable & friendly brigade. In addition to the restaurant and room service, there are also private dining and events facilities. You will be creating fresh British/European cuisine using locally sourced ingredients. You must have experience within 5 Star establishments or similar. This position would also suit an experienced Senior Chef De Partie who is looking to take the next step in their career.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will be working directly with the Executive Chef learning all the aspects of running a kitchen as well as be involved in the menu planning. You will be working within all the food and beverage departments and be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs. You will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen which would be beneficial as your career progresses. An excellent salary package of £32,000 per annum is available for the right Junior Sous Chef. You will be contracted for 48 hours per week with all overtime paid at an hourly rate.
