Payroller required

Salary of £20,000 to £25,000 per annum

Outskirts of Cardiff

Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, this role is to provide an efficient and professional service from start to finish.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the role to include -

  • Processing monthly payrolls (circa 300staff)in line with current legislation and RTI regulations
  • Maintaining payroll reports and answering queries
  • Calculation and submission of RTI returns
  • Calculate holiday pay, sick pay and other payments/deductions as and when required
  • Preparation and submission of Year Ends
  • Preparation and submission of Auto-enrolment compliant payrolls
  • Calculation of monthly deductions
  • Liaise with H M Revenue & Customs in relation to payroll related queries
  • Keep accurate and efficient records
  • Provide and assist cover for the finance department when busy or due to annual leave/absence
  • Previous usage of Sage Line 50 is desirable
