Assistant Manager Directors Dining Monday to Friday
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to become an Assistant Restaurant Manager within the Directors Dining floor of an international business's London office based in Canary Wharf.
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager you would support the General Manager with all aspects of running an operation that consists of a seventy cover fine dining restaurant and eight private dining rooms. The restaurant is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Monday to Thursday and Breakfast and Lunch on Friday.
You would oversee a team of ten staff and be responsible for preparing the venue for service, during service you would be clearly identifiable as the manager on the floor dealing with the internal customers who will be entertaining clients.
The ideal candidate will be a hands on individual who will have at least one years experience at an Assistant Restaurant Manager level within a quality London restaurant.
