Trainee Sales Manager
We are offering the opportunity for an outgoing, confident individual, who wishes to have fast track career progression, to use their natural ability to engage with managers and directors of recruitment businesses.
Our business provides accountancy and payroll services to contractors and recruitment agencies. Over the last few years we have grown our business dramatically and recently launched 2 new products. We have a small experienced sales team but wish to develop and train a new executive to support these new products and help build the business further.
The role involves contacting our client database to explain the new opportunities and offer them a chance to increase their profitability. Face to face meetings and account management will also be part of this role. Full product training and support will be given and success in this role could lead to promotion to a sales manager position.
The ideal candidate should have some form of telesales experience and knowledge of emails and database management as well as the drive and initiative to develop into a Sales Manager over time.
