Job Purpose

This role would suit an experienced and capable account delivery executive to work in a small, but fast-paced team. You will operate as a lead contact for our clients whilst working closely with the Product team to ensure successful service delivery - maintaining the relationship with stakeholders, clients and suppliers. This is a hybrid account management/service delivery role.

  • Operate as a lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers and suppliers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts along with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with Product Owners to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives
  • Provide management information to clients and SLA updates
  • Support suppliers to get the best results for customers and clients

Qualifications, experience and skills

  • 3+ years experience working in account management, service delivery or other relevant client services experience
  • Learn and understand all the products to deliver the best service to their clients
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  • Experience of working with the following services - Digital & UX, development, responsive websites, mobile apps, testing and support
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients at a time
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and have up to date knowledge of the industry you will be working in
  • Ability to relay technical information back to non-technical users and vice versa
  • Regularly seeks out ways to add value to the client relationship
  • Proactive and able to self-motivate
  • Knowledge of the UK rail industry is desirable but not essential
