Our client has built a clever platform for IT heads to source talent and get the job done. Because this is specific to their world the returns are significantly more than the job boards or tools like LinkedIn. This would suit an ex-technical recruiter who has transitioned into tech sales and can see the ROI and have the capability to take it to market.
JOB TITLE: Senior Account Executive
PACKAGE: £50-70k, £100-140k OTE, subsidised gym membership, free catered lunches, unlimited holidays, STOCK!

Building up a large list of Tier 1 clients including; Tesco, Facebook, and Eventbrite, they release 100 new developers each week that are active and responsive - boasting a 60% hit rate in terms of message responses.
They've received over $100m in funding from some of Silicon Valley's leading investors and plan to IPO in the next 3-5 years.

New business hunters only.
A solid track record of bringing on new logos.
You will ideally have had some exposure to SaaS although this is not a must.
This role would suit an ex recruiter that has moved into tech sales.
You will be sharp, have a certain commercial nous, and be able to build strong rapport.
New business role pitching a recruiting platform cross vertical.
Working closely with dedicated talent teams who are responsible for signing up the developers, you are tasked with targeting heads of talent acquisition teams to educate them on the benefits of using the platform.
Leads generated through a team of SDR's, marketing automation, and events.
You will carry a target of $500k in your first year.
