Business Services Tutor Assessor
My client is an established training provider who deliver qualifications across many sectors and have a strong reputation within the industry, mainly due to the quality of staff they have on their team. The company operate on a national basis and this role has become available due to expansion as the company are now seeking to expand further.
We're seeking to appoint an experienced Business Services (Generic) Assessor, capable of delivering Customer Service, Business Administration, Team Leading, and Management qualifications up to Level 3 standard, to a caseload of 40 learners in the London area.
This is a home-based position and therefore you will be responsible for managing your diary at all times to ensure all learners are receiving the best level of training possible.
This role requires you to have a Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle at all times.
You will be required to train, asses, motivate and support learners on programmes towards achieving their qualifications, maximising the use of e-learning and a variety of other assessment methods to ensure learners have the chance to evidence their knowledge.
You will also be required to maintain and enhance relationships with business support teams to support the delivery of the Assessment Business Plan, and ensure all learners experience quality standards in line with Company & Ofsted guidelines.
A strong assessing background in Business Services is required for this position, as well as being a qualified Assessor/Trainer. Previous experience using E-Portfolio systems is an advantage, but full training will be provided. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational qualities, strong communication skills, and great attention to detail.
Essential Qualifications / Experience Required:
Assessor award (A1, TAQA, D32 etc.)
Teaching qualification (PTLLS, CertEd,7407 etc.)
Experience of delivering the suite of business services qualifications
Desirable Qualifications / Experience:
IV qualification (V1, D36, etc.)
Cleaning and/or Facilities qualification(s) (up to Level 3)
Experience of an OFSTED inspection
Salary & Benefits:
Salary is £23,750 per annum depending on skills and experience + bonus (OTE of £25,500 per annum)
