Account Manager - Innovative Telecoms Business
Tower Bridge, London
Up to £30,000 DOE

With an ever-growing international presence, our client is a successful telecommunications business that is recognised as a pioneer of innovative calling solutions. They are now looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

As an Account Manager, you will oversee our client’s channel partners.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will build strong working relationships with channel partners and nurture existing sales channels to maximise income. Specifically, you will:

- Develop the channel strategy
- Work with channels to find promotion opportunities
- Ensure ROI with each channel
- Plan new channel launches
- Escalate any queries from the channel partners

- Account management experience, managing retail accounts
- Experience of building strong relationships with customers

Articulate and personable, as an Account Manager, you will be results-driven with a strategic mindset. You will also be a proactive team player with excellent prioritisation skills.

Knowledge of the mobile industry would be an advantage.
