Venator Recruitment is delighted to be working with our client, a growing organisation based in Christchurch, Dorset who is currently looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.

Reporting to the Accountant, you will be responsible for:

*Inputting purchase invoices onto the system
*Reconciling supplier statements
*Dealing with supplier queries
*Seeing invoices through from processing to payment
*Running weekly supplier payment report
*Updating cash book transactions and postings to general ledger
*Bank reconciliations
*Reviewing of aged creditors report to ensure invoices are paid within terms

Based in Christchurch, Dorset, the ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or similar role and have experience working in a busy accounts department.

This is a fantastic for the right candidate to join a company during a period of rapid expansion.
