In this Speech and Language (SaLT) Graduate post you will be working across the Key Stages, assisting to raise communication levels of SEND pupils. The successful Speech and Language (SaLT) Graduate will be working directly for a caring and experienced SENCO who will provide both formal and informal guidance and training throughout your time in the position. You will be working mainly 1:1 and with small groups, but will also have the opportunity to lead full class teaching.
