Our market leading client based in Chichester is looking to recruit a Payroll / Accounts administrator.

This vacancy is a Full-time permanent vacancy you will be required to work 3 days in payroll and 2 days in Accounts.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Payroll
-Collation and preparation of salaries on a monthly basis
-Maintain records of sickness, Holidays and maternity leave and ensure payment is made    to employees.
-Payment of PAYE.
-Production of P60's.
-Monthly submission of FPS and EPS to HMRC.
-Calculation of pension contributions. 
-Maintaining of book-keeping entries for all salaries and control accounts.
-Balance all salaries at month end.
-Deputise for the Payroll Manager in their absence.

Accounts

-Processing of purchase invoices.
-Raising sales invoices to our customers.
-Making supplier payments via Bacs, bank transfers and cheques and foreign supplier  payments.
-Sending sales invoices to our customers via email.
-Reconciling bank statements and customer float accounts.

The Ideal candidate will have previous experience of preparing and processing a monthly payroll and will preferably possess a recognised payroll qualification. You will have a good working knowledge of Excel and Windows and must be able to work 5 days per week,
Monday - Friday.
