Reed are delighted to be working with a very successful and dynamic company who have seen fantastic growth in the past few years and expects to double its turnover in the coming few years.

The successful candidate will assist in the production of the monthly management accounts within agreed timescales, prepare and input accruals and prepayments plus posting the monthly payroll. You will also maintain the Fixed Asset Register plus post monthly depreciation.

Other duties will include preparation of  accurate balance sheet reconciliations,
update vehicle Insurances and star fuel cards. Manage CITB grant return and Annual Levy return.. Complete National Stats returns. Assist in the preparation monthly Vat Return. Complete P11d’s. Assist in the preparation of Annual company budgets. To assist the completion of the year- end audit file. To assist the Finance Director and the Accounts manager in operating and improving internal controls within the finance function. Assist  with any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Finance Director. and assist the Finance Director and Accounts Manager with implementation of any new software relevant to the accounts office. To assist the Accounts Manager/ Finance Director in month and year processes.

The successful candidate will be flexible in their approach to assist with all duties listed but have a good level of technical knowledge to be able to hit the ground running
