Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are a forward-thinking recruitment agency, focusing on digital, tech, financial, change and security. Headquartered in the City of London, we have further bases in Belfast, Paris and Sydney. We are seeking bright, ambitious and entrepreneurial people to join us as graduate / trainee Recruitment Consultants.

What do Recruitment Consultants do?

We search for talent for our impressive list of clients who range from world leading organisations and most innovative start-ups. Excellent communication skills are key here – building strong relationships with both your candidates and clients will set you apart from the rest. We find our candidates through a variety of methods such as attracting active candidates with creative adverts and a strong social media presence, and we seek out candidates through networking, CV databases and headhunting. A combination of these methods will provide you with a strong pool of candidates who you must manage throughout their journey, keeping them up to date on their application process, providing useful tips and feedback and relaying information where necessary.

With a well established and growing client base, some having worked with us for a decade, we have plenty of opportunities for people to work on and take over our current accounts, creating and managing their own business.
