Full Address: Hillbrook House, 68 Brighton Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 6QT

Exact working hours: 20 hours per week on a shift rota usually between Monday and Friday 9am to 5pm but may include evenings and weekends.

Holiday Entitlement – 160 hours per annum pro rata plus bank holidays. The holiday year runs from 1st April – 31st March. An incremental increase applies with service and commences after 2 years completed service increasing to a maximum entitlement of 200 hours after 6 years service.

There is free parking available at Hillbrook House and at other YMCA East Surrey buildings that you may be attending for meetings or training. We also offer a pension and a bike to work scheme.

About the Role

YMCA East Surrey are looking for an Housing Projects Worker to assist in the development and day to day running of the NextStep project for couples, singles and non priority need families that are non-statutory homeless and in housing need with a local connection to Tandridge District Council. The role will entail sourcing suitable accommodation, providing support, advice, and long-term solutions through private rented sector and resettlement.
