£18,500 Plus OTE £5,000

Role Description

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for French speaking Customer Account Manager. This role is situated in fantastic city centre location, offering a fun friendly incentivised environment with an excellent benefits package. You will call into an existing customer base of the assigned account after completing a full training plan. In this job, you will develop business relationships with client contacts. Subject to the client engagement, this job entails up-selling customers to additional services. Customer Account Managers will provide sales forecasting and propose requests for customer quotes, perform customer research, and updating account information on a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Responsibilities

  • Able to achieve your share by selling product/service to well know Bluechip organisation
  • Work within a recognised customer base and you own dedicated region
  • Create the expertise to offer an accurate monthly/quarterly sales prediction
  • Gather invaluable experience updating and managing your opportunity pipeline in the latest CRM technology
  • Working with other Sales Reps and management to improve the sales processes
  • Driving a volume of customer contacts through phone and email daily
  • Managing partners and building relationships with external clients
  • Objection handling with customers
  • Able to gain excellent product knowledge

Qualifications

  • University degree preferable
  • 9-12 months of prior experience working in a customer service or sales capacity required
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Aptitude to learn technology
  • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
