Your new company
Hays are actively recruiting for numerous Care Assistants to join our team. We provide Care Assistants for all three Southampton City Council Residential Homes, as well as some other Private Sector Care Homes.

Your new role
As a Care Assistant, will provide personalised care to all residents, while still encouraging their independance. You will work to Care Plans, and take part in Care Meetings to discuss any changes in the residents' health and wellbeing. Lastly, all Care Assistants will work effectively as part of a team, putting the residents' needs first at all times.

What you'll need to succeed
Care Assistants need to be naturally caring and sociable, and must have at least 6 months of recent experience in a similar role. As a Care Assistant, you will also need to have experience working to care plans, as well as delivering Care as part of a team.
