I am seeking a suitably qualified, flexible Manager to take charge of a Supported Living Scheme located within Warrington. You will join a large organisation in the midst of expansion, meaning that there are opportunities for further training and development, and potential for progression.

You will supervise a team of Support Workers and Team Leaders in the provision of care for people with learning disabilities, encouraging them to be as independent as is possible. You will be responsible for compliance with regulations, encouraging safe practice, safeguarding individuals whilst promoting choice, and will deputise in the absence of the Area Manager.

You must have a proven background in a managerial role, a proven background working with people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or brain injuries, and hold QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management for Care or an equivalent qualification.

You will work full time hours, and will be required to participate in a 24 hour on call rota. The salary is £22,000, plus benefits including company pension, enhanced annual leave, and childcare vouchers.
