I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager in the Hull/Grimsby area to oversee two new services for adults with learning disabilities and high complex needs with a company that's expanding! The first based in Hull is a bungalow (which also has a swimming pool) with four services users with learning disabilities and high complex needs and the second based in Grimsby is four flats with shared games room, training room, living room, kitchen etc.

This is expansion for the organisation in terms of geography so ideally they're looking for someone with local knowledge and able to travel to both locations easily. (Hull & Grimsby) If successful, you will join an organisation at an exciting time of growth and development and continue to drive forward their passion and commitment to the delivery of high quality person centred care and support.

As a Registered Manager your duties will be as below:

You will oversee all elements of the operational day to day running of two small services.. Your job role will be a varied one and will initially require you to take the lead with referrals and assessments, network closely with local authority representatives to secure recognition and to also recruit a suitably skilled and experienced staff team.

Once in post, you will also oversee the management of clinical, development, operational, financial and administrative functions. You will manage the home effectively to ensure that all care delivered is in line with both company and CQC policies and procedures and most importantly, always has the needs of the individuals you support at the forefront.

About you:

I am looking for applications from highly motivated, committed and professional managers who would relish the opportunity to be involved in the opening of this new service and who are looking to become part of a forward thinking, evolving organisation.

It is essential that you have a proven background within health and social care management and can demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience of supporting adults with autism and complex care needs. Furthermore, you will be suitably qualified and will hold the QCF level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent.

Salary & Benefits:

This unique and exciting opportunity is offering the successful candidate a highly competitive salary in the region of £32000 TO £40000 per annum. You will also receive a generous annual leave allowance, the opportunity, where applicable, to join the company pension scheme and most importantly continued training and development. Due to continued growth and business development, you will have the opportunity to progress internally to more senior positions as they will be coming available very soon due to expansion.

So you don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity, why don`t you forward your CV or apply via the BS Social Care Website today?
