Omni Facilities Management is an established provider of Housekeeping Staff to many of the largest and most luxurious hotels around the UK and Singapore. Employing over 4,000 people, Omni provides Housekeeping, Recruitment, Property and Software Services to major hotel groups including InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Hilton, Marriott, Redefine BDL Hotels, Raffles, Shangri-La, Ritz-Carlton and Resorts World.

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, self motivated Housekeeping Trainer to join our team in one of the most luxurious hotels in Central London.

As a housekeeping Trainer you will be assisted by the Head Housekeeper and you will be in charge of the training procedures for all the housekeeping staff at the hotel.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• TRAINING OF NEW ROOM ATTENDANTS giving them induction and explaining everything about the hotel, rules and procedures to follow while staying on the premises:
• Induction also includes COSHH training, teaching them how to clean the rooms following them and making sure that they are doing well on a daily basis until the training is fully completed.
• TRAINING OF NEW HOUSEKEEPERS letting them know how to set up a room and showing them all the procedures according with the hotel.
• You will be in charge of all trainings like: Risk and assessment, Health and Safety, Fire Training, Customer Care, Rejected Linen, trolleys presentation, room standards etc.

From the candidates we expect:
• Previous Housekeeping experience from a busy hotel.
• Good customer service skills.

We offer:
• £8.40 per hour
• Average of 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
• Up to 28 days of paid holiday.
