We are currently working on behalf of one of the largest managed print services companies in the UK, to source an exceptional Bid Coordinator to join their team. As a bids and tender consultancy ourselves, we're working closely with the client to find the exact type of person they need.

Our client works nationally with blue chip, public sector and SMEs to develop innovative solutions for their document and print requirements. Their aim is to provide end-to-end document solutions to any size of organisation. This includes print, mailing, design, archiving and managed print services.

Your role will be working within the Professional Services team, where you will coordinate and create professional responses to all major account enquiries in both private and public sectors. Ensuring that all bids and tenders are delivered with the highest quality, with maximum impact and in a timely manner.

To be successful in your application, you will need:

- The ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Previous experience of bid coordination or administration
- Be outgoing and creative
- Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

A background in marketing, digital or the printing industry would be beneficial, but not required
