New Homes Sales Consultant - Lichfield
Full Time, 35 hours per week - flexible on days

My client is looking to add an experienced Sales Consultant to their expanding team in the Lichfield area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a New Homes Sales Consultant to be a part of an exciting project.

As a sales consultant you'll be expected to look after the development - effectively managing and taking control of the whole sales process from start to finish, deal with mortgage advisers and solicitors, as well as a variety of other professionals along the way. The focus will be on converting leads into sales and producing tangible results in line with pre-set targets.

Capable of actively promoting their new home propositions and delivering a great customer experience, I am ideally looking for:

* relevant New Homes sales experience, combined with a genuine interest in new build developments and a real passion for the very best in customer service
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills, along with the necessary outlook, mindset and empathy needed to act as a true ambassador for the client
* the ability to see the overall picture; keeping an eye on the smallest day to day details, whilst displaying the vision to contribute to broader, longer term objectoves
* A highly organised approach and plenty of flexibility, coupled with a resilient nature and the ability to effectively manage your workload

In return my client will offer:

* Basic salary between £22,000 - £25,000 OTE £39,000+
* Flexible benefits, £400 to spend on medical cover or keep the cash
* Pension scheme
* 27 days annual leave per year, increasing to 30 after 5 years
