New Homes Sales Negotiator - Banbury

Our client is one of the largest and most successful Estate Agency and Property Services providers in the UK. They have an extensive Land & New Homes Division.
They are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work as lead Negotiator on one of their Clients sites in Banbury.

The site will developed over 2 years for a Key High End Developer.

Applications are welcomed from experienced New Homes Sales Negotiators looking to progress well within the industry. The ability to work weekends is essential although out Client is keen that candidates have a good work/life balance and they encourage one weekend off per month.

Basic Salary - £20k - £25k OTE £45k-£50k

Key Responsibilities:

* Working on site and selling New Homes in the Sales Suites
* Welcome all customer in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner in an attempt to build rapport.
* Listen carefully to ensure you correctly ascertain the customers needs from the details provided
* Match customers to suitable properties and organise viewings at the earliest convenience
* Ensure all customers are immediately notified of any newly available properties that may be suitable
* Attend to all administrative duties on receipt of an acceptable offer ensuring the sale is actively progressed to completion
* Encourage all customers to take advantage of all services provided by our Client and its subsidiaries
Skills Required:

* Must have New Home sales experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work accurately whilst under pressure in a target driven environment
* Be computer literate with a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Email systems and the Internet
* A team player with excellent organisational skills
