Multi-disciplinary architecture practice are looking for a charismatic, full qualified and experienced Architect to primarily work on retail and leisure projects from their new office in Central London.
You must have gained your RIBA Part III qualification in the last few years (or be ARB registered) and have previous experience working on either retail or mixed-use and commercial projects at various scales. You need to be ready to hit the ground running and get settled in straight away.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential and Revit is massively beneficial. To begin with, they will solely be looking at those with Revit. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite are all advantageous. Revit training will be provided to help bring up to speed initially if needed. Experience job running will be very beneficial.
The practice were an AJ120 company and with that comes large, prestigious projects. They have numerous offices in the UK and overseas, so there is a good range of projects to work on, in varying sectors including residential, commercial, education and healthcare as well.
They work on projects from concept and the initial sketches through to handover and completion on site so you will be covering your project from start to finish, giving a sense of ownership.
Salary will vary from £30,000 - £36,000. Unfortunately, the company are unable to cover sponsorship, so you must be based in the UK with no working restrictions.
