In 16 years of working in recruitment and being a salesperson myself, this is one of the most exciting sales opportunities I've ever taken.

The company is a small tech business, experiencing year on year growth since inception 9 years ago. They currently have a team of 9 and are now looking to establish a telesales team of 3 to expedite the business growth.

The business have a suite of 20+ products, some of which are highly technical. As a member of the sales team, you will be responsible initially for selling fibre broadband into UK businesses. Once you are fully trained in selling this particular product, the senior management team will be happy to train you in new and more complicated products.

Whilst this is a pure new business role, the business are realistic and expect an average of 100 calls per week. You will be required to research each business (website and LinkedIn) before initiating contact and will be required to track discussion notes on the CRM post-call. So this role is more about quality of call than knocking out numbers!

You will be paid £500.00 per deal you sign and you will be expected to do 1 deal per week. The commission is uncapped, so if you do 2 deals per week from c. 100 calls, then you'll be taking £4K per month commission! These numbers are achievable.

Whilst the ideal candidate will have previous experience selling comms or fibre broadband, we will accept applications from any sales people with a proven track record in a telesales environment. We are more focused on recruiting attitude as the product knowledge will be taught.
