2nd Line Support Analyst highly sought after by rapidly growing MSP who specialise in the legal sector, they pride themselves on the quality of work they provide to their customers and going through a large period of growth due to their reputation in this sector.

This position for a 2nd Line Support Analyst has arisen due to growth where you will be given tickets passed on from the 1st line team which could involve to a number of issues that you will solve remotely working from the office and not having to travel out to customer sites. The issues include those related to Exchange, Active Directory and Windows Servers, however, every day will be different and you may be encouraged to deal with tickets slightly outside your comfort zone.

First and foremost in the 2nd Line Support Analyst we are looking for someone with experience in a service desk environment working to ITIL standards and providing excellent customer support. The 2nd Line Support Analyst will be expected to know the ins and outs of Active Directory, Exchange and Windows. You will then be expected to fix the issue or escalate up to the third line team while keeping the customer up to date with time scales and what is going on.
