Our client is looking to recruit a Business Start-up Coordinator to support clients to develop skills for sustainable employment. The role requires project management, coordination and continued implementation of the Business Start-up Self-Employment Programme (BEES Academy). As well as leading and managing a team of volunteers. You will also provide those at risk or directly affected by homelessness with an opportunity to gain financial independence, confidence and self-esteem through self-employment.

To be successful you will have experience of coordinating, developing and successfully implementing a business related employment/self-employment programme. You will also have experience working with and being able to support clients from a vulnerable background. Other requirements include experience of line managing people and of effective stakeholder and partnership working.
