Help Desk Administration Assistant Required for Long Term Role

Your new company
Hays Recruitment are working alongside a local Government organisation to recruit for a Help Desk Administrator. This organisation are centrally located in Kettering and are a large employer within the local area.

Your new role
Your new role as a Help Desk Administrator will be mainly administrative. The purpose of the role is to be the point of contact for all IT related issues, you will need to accurately take the details of the query and allocate a Help Desk Engineer to carry out the fix. Customer service is paramount within this role, as too is accuracy and attention to detail. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will ideally have at least 6 months experience within a customer service environment. You will be able to accurately record and update requests and ensure administration duties are performed. Experience within an IT department or related team is desirable but not essential. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, immediate availability is essential.

What you'll get in return
In return for your hard work you will receive a competitive rate of pay. This opportunity is for 6 months, although there is potential for the role to be extended.
