Key Tasks / Responsibilities:

* Be responsible for the compliance for newly registered candidates, including DBS, CV's and references, occupational health, training, professional registration checks and appraisals (this list is not exhaustive).
* Work to a target of ensuring candidates are made fully compliant prior to placement date.
* Have a full and complete knowledge of occupational health, including liaising with our occupational health company.
* Book training/occupational health appointments if required.
* Take part in candidate registration days to assist in collecting documents from candidates.
* Ensure all candidate documentation is verified. If not, contact the relevant health clinic/training company for verification.
* Verify original documentation.
* Assist with preparation of files for the external audit process.
* Attach documents and maintain the ITRIS database.
* Filing of confidential documents in the appropriate way.
* Follow compliance policies and procedures.

* Compliance experience - essential
* Experience of working within a Medical Recruitment environment - desirable
* Effective communication skills - essential
* Ability to work well within a team as well as independently motivated
* Organised and proactive approach to work
* Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service focus
* Good interpersonal skills
* Interviewing experience
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work confidentially
* Excellent written and spoken English - essential
* Microsoft Office Literate
