Sales Administration (Service Coordinator /Hire Controller/Sales Administrator)

Sales Administration, £20,000 OTE with commission included.

£16,500 to 17,500 basic + £3,000 Bonus/Commission + 28 holidays + Pension + Benefits

Varied Sales Administration role available within a growing business that are looking for the right candidate to maintain and drive forwards the company’s high service standards. Training and development can be provided for the right candidate.

The ideal Sales Administrator will have experience in either of the following: Telesales, IT, Customer service, Administration, hire desk or similar. The successful candidate needs to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and be able to manage many tasks at once. You must be a strong, confident communicator and be able to work within a fast-paced environment.

The Sales Administrator will be based within an office and deal with a variety of issues. The successful candidate will be involved with general administration, hire enquiries and some business development. The admin will include; payroll, raising purchase orders and updating and organising the systems. The sales and business development part of the role will include; sourcing equipment, dealing with pricing and quoting, as well as generating new sales appointments for the area sales manager.

The company is a well established hire business for the construction industry, that are looking to grow again due to ever increasing demands for its products.

The Sales Administration Role:

* Office based role working Monday to Friday.
* Self manage and organise.
* business development and sales aspect, making up to 100 outbound calls a week.
* Dealing with hire and administration duties.

The Sales Administrator:

* Previous experience in customer service, hire, telesales or business development is beneficial.
* Foreword thinker with good problem solving and communication skills.
* Good IT ability.
* Able to work in a varied and fast paced role.
* Any confident communicator is encouraged to apply despite past experience
