Our Client is one of the UK'S leading independent financial firms with multiple offices across the UK and has won numerous awards for staff development and excellence.

Due to continued growth they are now recruiting experienced sales staff to work them from there state of the art contact centre in Newton Le Willows.

We are looking for a number of talented sales executives to join our dynamic and driven team of sales professionals to claim clients mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) policy back with as little stress for them as possible.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is confident and has previous experience in sales, with a proven track record. They will be responsible for the delivery of telephone based sales campaigns; increasing market share, and maximising all revenue opportunities.

What do we require from you?
You will need to be confident at building professional rapport to identify customer needs and generating opportunities to convert to sales. You will be self-motivated and entrepreneurial and driven to provide results. Once you’ve got a target you’ll strive to deliver it as well as being a team player.

Skills required:
A proven track record in telesales is essential with a minimum of 6 months experience.
Knowledge of telephone sales, skills and strategies.
Very strong direct selling skills.
Be able to demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and achievement.
Recording information accurately on a bespoke database.
Planning, organisational, and time management skills. Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
The successful candidates will be contacting potential clients via an automatic-dialer system to identify their needs and establish suitability of their services, to then deliver them in a professional and confident manner.

What you can expect
A basic salary of £18,000 with a realistic OTE of £35,000
