Brewster Pratap are working in partnership with our UK client who are looking to recruit a National Account Manager/ Sales Manager to take ownership of and launch a new range of luxury consumer products to the UK market. This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced National Account Manager or Sales Manager who has worked in that position or similar with full responsibility for a range of goods. The role is commutable from areas of Doncaster, Worksop, Rotherham, Sheffield, Mansfield and Lincolnshire, Newark and Nottinghamshire as well as South Yorkshire.


This exciting job involves the day to day running of a luxury consumer brands including drinks, perfumes and skincare from the outset of phase 1 product launch - encompassing the following elements:

* Delivering the business plan for the brands
* Defining the Sales strategy and executing marketing plans
* Setting out the positioning for each product / brand and working with the create team to create product / packaging / promotional material in line with this
* Establishing the key market factors and competition for each product / brand
* Working closely with the trade Sales Team to define sales messages for key retailers and distributors
* Defining an online sales strategy and working with the e-commerce team to drive direct sales
* Identifying new brand and product opportunities within each category including identification of potential new licenses to suit the customer base
* Managing the day to day relationship with key licensors
* Building awareness of the range within the trade press and securing PR coverage along with the PR contact


To be successful in your application you must have experience in a similar role - managing a brand or group of brands within consumer goods, ideally luxury consumer goods, and have experience taking these to market, establishing relevant channels to market and strategically planning and delivering increased sales continually. The role has a large potential to grow you identify further opportunities for new brands in your marketplace and work alongside sales and marketing to gain product listings both online and via other retail channels. This role would allow you to work autonomously so being used to working in this environment and answering to shareholders is essential.
